VIP Puzzle Plans – Terms & Conditions

1. Plan Overview

VIP Puzzle offers app-like website templates (“Plans”) exclusively for verified event planners, wedding planners, and related professionals worldwide. Each Plan includes hosting, technical maintenance, personalization, and the specific benefits listed at purchase.

2. Eligibility & Approval

  • Purchase of any Plan does not guarantee approval.

  • VIP Puzzle reserves the right to approve or decline any order at its sole discretion.

  • Applicants must meet the minimum quality standards set by VIP Puzzle. This may include proven five-star reviews or equivalent reputation checks.

  • If declined, a full refund will be issued.

3. Discount Access to Event Shop

  • The VIP Puzzle Event Shop is public, but discounts are available only to active Plan holders.

  • Discounts apply only while the Plan is active and expire immediately upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of the Plan.

  • Discount levels by plan:

    • Bronze: 5%

    • Silver: 10%

    • Gold: 15%

    • Platinum: 20%

    • Diamond: 25%

  • Discounts apply to purchases made by both the Plan holder and their clients.

  • Discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

4. Form Submission Requirement

  • After purchase, customers must complete the VIP Puzzle Website Information Form before any design work begins.

  • The form link will be provided on the Thank You page and via email.

  • If the form is not completed within 14 days, the order may be canceled at VIP Puzzle’s discretion, subject to a partial refund policy (see Section 6).

5. Hosting & Domain Rules

  • All Plans are hosted on the VIP Puzzle platform.

  • Customers may point their own domain to the site (availability depends on the plan purchased).

  • In higher-tier plans, VIP Puzzle can register and manage a dedicated domain for the customer.

  • Sites are white-labeled where applicable, except for minimal VIP Puzzle branding unless otherwise specified in the plan.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Termination

  • Full refunds are available only before design work begins.

  • Once work has started, partial refunds may be issued at VIP Puzzle’s discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

  • VIP Puzzle reserves the right to terminate any Plan without refund if:

    • The customer’s reputation or reviews fall below required standards.

    • The customer breaches these Terms.

    • The site is used for illegal, misleading, or inappropriate purposes.

  • If VIP Puzzle terminates a Plan without cause, a prorated refund will be issued for unused months.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary by plan but are generally between 3–10 business days after form submission.

  • No downloadable files will be provided. Sites are delivered live on the VIP Puzzle platform.

8. Plan Renewals

  • Plans can be renewed at current market rates.

  • Renewal maintains continuity of hosting, discounts, and all active benefits.

  • Failure to renew before expiration may result in site removal.

9. Global Applicability

  • Plans are available to customers worldwide unless restricted by law.

  • Pricing may vary by country or region.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • VIP Puzzle is not responsible for lost business, profits, or opportunities resulting from downtime, internet issues, or other technical disruptions outside its control.

  • All services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated here.
