Wedding Enquiry Form – Thailand Planner (Siam Planner Co., Ltd.)
We design weddings from scratch. Nothing copied. Nothing generic. No shortcuts.

Your wedding with Thailand Planner will not be a template, a Pinterest copy, or a repeated concept — even if we have planned weddings from your culture or country before.
No matter your nationality, religion, or background, we approach every wedding as a research-led, culture-true creation.
We study your family structure, traditions, regional customs, and the city or community you come from. When needed, we consult native cultural experts, historians, academics, or specialists to ensure your wedding is authentic — not a surface-level imitation.
This form is the starting point only.
It helps us understand whether your vision, expectations, timeline, and budget align with how we work — and whether we are the right team for each other.
You do not need to have everything decided yet. Honest, approximate answers are perfectly fine.
If we move forward together, there will be much deeper consultations, detailed questionnaires, planning sessions, and creative development ahead.
Important note on wedding budgets
We accept full-scope wedding projects only, with a minimum total wedding budget of 3,000,000 THB.
This includes weddings and multi-day celebrations where we are responsible for end-to-end planning, not partial coordination or single-day assistance.
If your current budget is below this level, we may not be the right fit — and that is completely okay.
What this form is (and what it is not)
This form is:
-
A first conversation
-
A way to understand scale, direction, and cultural needs
-
A filter to ensure alignment before anyone invests serious time
This form is not:
-
A final brief
-
A quotation request
-
A substitute for consultation or creative development
If your project is a match, we will respond the same day or the next working day with next steps.
How your wedding budget works with us We do not sell packages. We do not reuse designs. We do not work on commissions or hidden margins. Here is how it works: You define your total wedding budget — covering everything you want us to manage. We design your wedding from zero, based on that budget, your culture, and your priorities. We act only as your agent, negotiating with venues and suppliers in your best interest. We charge a transparent wedding management fee, agreed upfront. As your total budget increases, our percentage fee decreases, typically ranging between approximately 15% and 28%, depending on complexity, duration, guest count, and scope. The remaining budget is spent entirely on your wedding experience — venues, décor, production, food, logistics, guest flow, entertainment, travel coordination, and all operational elements. You always know: What things cost Why decisions are made Where your budget is allocated We focus on spending where it matters, saving where it doesn’t, and using creativity to make your wedding feel larger, deeper, and more meaningful than the numbers suggest. Final note before you submit This enquiry is reviewed personally by our wedding team. If your vision, dates, and budget align with how we work, we will guide you through the next stage. If not, we will be honest — early and respectfully. Either way, your information is treated with full discretion and confidentiality.

Planning a wedding is emotional — but successful weddings are built on structure.
This form is not about bureaucracy; it’s about protecting your story, your families, and your experience. Many couples rush enquiries, thinking they’ll “figure things out later,” only to feel overwhelmed once real decisions begin. Taking time here helps you align visions, surface cultural or family priorities early, and understand what truly matters to you as a couple. Even if we don’t proceed together, completing this form often becomes a turning point for couples — organizing thoughts, calming uncertainty, and setting a clearer direction. We’ve written an in-depth article explaining why this step is one of the most valuable parts of wedding planning in Thailand. We strongly recommend reading it before or after you submit.
