This form is for hosts planning exclusive celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, proposal events, pre- or post-wedding parties, friends’ trips with multiple events, yacht or villa parties, and destination celebrations that unfold across several days, locations, or formats.

We do not offer quick or partial party services.
Our work is designed as a complete experience — from the moment you and your guests arrive in Thailand until departure, including event design, venues, logistics, guest flow, transport, staffing, and on-ground coordination.

If you are looking for a simple DJ booking, décor-only setup, or a one-night party without full planning and management, this form is not the right fit.

This party division accepts projects with a total program budget starting from 2,000,000 THB and above.

How our party planning & your budget work You share your overall approved budget, preferred dates, and the type of celebration you want to create. We design a complete, multi-layered party experience — often across multiple events, venues, days, or locations — based on that total budget. We act exclusively as your agent, recommending and negotiating with venues, suppliers, and partners on your behalf. We do not take commissions, kickbacks, or hidden margins from vendors. Our compensation is a transparent management fee, agreed in advance. This fee covers planning, creative direction, coordination, logistics, production oversight, guest handling, and on-site execution. As your total budget increases, our percentage management fee decreases, reflecting scale efficiency and complexity — typically ranging between approximately 12% and 28%, depending on scope, duration, and level of service required. All supplier costs are presented clearly, with full visibility. You always know where your budget goes. We manage the entire journey A–Z — from pre-arrival planning and on-ground coordination to the final guest departure. Once engaged, we move into deep planning mode: detailed consultations, refined questionnaires, creative development, scheduling, and operational planning tailored specifically to your celebration. This enquiry form is only the first step. Final concepts, timelines, and creative direction are developed after contract confirmation, ensuring everything is designed accurately and responsibly around your real budget and expectations.
