That means you only pay us, and we coordinate and disburse the payments to all third-party vendors—decorators, venues, photographers, performers, lighting teams, florists, etc. This method ensures control, consistency, and a single point of responsibility—because once we’re in charge, we don’t want any miscommunications or surprises due to side arrangements.

This approach also helps you avoid dozens of small contracts, conflicting timelines, or language barriers. We become the bridge between your dream and its execution.

However, if your event is less than 4 months away, or if it’s a partial-planning request where you’ve already chosen certain vendors, then we might structure it differently—with some direct payments to local suppliers to speed up confirmation or lock in urgent bookings.

In all cases, we provide a clear breakdown of your total wedding cost with transparent milestone payments. But because these are luxury, personalized weddings, the majority of the budget (often 70–80%) is required well in advance to secure top-tier vendors and allocate dedicated planning hours from our team. We do not accept last-minute requests without upfront payments, as every wedding we take receives full focus and creative direction from day one.

For weddings that are more intimate or single-location, with flexible dates or smaller setups, 3–6 months may be enough—especially if the budget is strong and decisions can be made quickly.

That said, if you’re working with a lower budget but still want something thoughtful, or if you want us to design multiple days, in multiple cities, or to craft something that has never been done before—the more notice we have, the better your outcome.
