How we work (clear, end-to-end process)
1) Consultation & Fit
We listen first: goals, culture, city, season, guest mix, privacy, and the feeling you want people to remember. If we’re the right partner, we confirm scope, timeline, and a working budget that suits your wedding, party, or corporate event.
2) Contract & Stewardship
We formalize the engagement and you provide a deposit or the full working budget (depending on lead time and program scale). We act as your agent, not a broker—quotes, invoices, and receipts are visible to you. Payments to venues and vendors are managed on schedule to protect rates and availability.
3) Design (Flexible by Intent, Not a Fixed Package)
We translate your brief into a buildable plan: concept, layouts, guest flow, run-of-show, mood boards, floral/décor, wardrobe, entertainment, culinary direction, lighting, audio, and visuals. Design is iterative—like art—refined with you as new opportunities appear. Nothing is “preset”; everything serves the story.
4) Organizing & Procurement
We secure and coordinate the venue (or a shortlist), contracts, permits, insurance (if required), staging, light and sound, décor fabrication, talent and entertainment, transport, guest services, staffing, and compliance. Detailed schedules, load-in/out routes, safety plans, and contingency paths are engineered in advance.
5) Management & Delivery
Our showcaller and department leads run rehearsal, cues, and guest movement so the experience feels effortless—from arrival to last farewell. Multi-day programs (welcome night, main event, recovery brunch, executive sessions) are paced for comfort and strong photography. Post-event wrap includes reconciled records and vendor closeouts.
